My name is Joe. I'm here to promote, foster, encourage and bridge the digital divide in my own little way. Ensuring equitable online experience is what drives my passion for creating inclusive digital experiences.

My journey into accessibility began with my role in IT Operations, where I developed a deep understanding of technology and its potential to empower people.

Before transitioning into my role as an Accessibility Specialist, I built a solid foundation in IT Operations. During this time, I was responsible for managing complex technological infrastructures, troubleshooting critical systems, and ensuring seamless IT support across diverse teams.

The above cultivated my ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, laying the groundwork for my dedication to creating inclusive digital solutions.

I am also proud to have earned the Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) credential, which has solidified my expertise in the field of digital accessibility.

Through my work, I am committed to ensuring that digital spaces are accessible to all, fostering equal opportunities and seamless experiences for everyone.

Beyond my professional commitments, I often channel my creativity into writing poems, blogs, and articles on cultures, religions, beliefs, design, user research, and accessibility, making significant contributions to the field both in practice and thought leadership.

I’m passionate about crafting emotionally attuned digital sanctuaries, spaces where technology fosters reflection, connection, and civic stewardship. My work blends accessibility, poetic narration, and modular design to support inclusive, emotionally intelligent ecosystems.

This is where I put my full skill set into action—applying everything I’ve mastered in UX Design, Accessibility, GDS, and Service Standards to deliver real, measurable outcomes. I led the creation of journey maps, service blueprints, and user research frameworks, identifying critical pain points, edge cases, dependencies, and risks. I engineered solutions across multiple tools and technologies, integrating complex APIs to build and launch products including echobeacon.net, resonavoice.com, and resona.page.
